Big shout out to Nate, Brandon, Lisette and Brian. At every touch point throughout our experience, each of them gave us time to ask questions and explain the process. More importantly they all made us feel like our situation was important to them. They went above and beyond to help us out and make us feel taken care of during an extremely stressful situation. You guys are the best!

Schedulers on the phone were extremely friendly and helpful. Kevin who came to actually do my windshield repair; not so much. I asked him if he’d mind if I watch the process because I wanted to see how it works. He sighed and said “sure man if that’s what you want to do it’s up to you” and started shaking his head and he got to work. His whole attitude after I asked that was super off putting and weird, especially when he was shaking his head like he was annoyed that I wanted to watch. I ended up feeling weird about his attitude so I went back inside and watched from inside.

Quick and fabulous customer service. I was on a deadline to get my car back. They asked if I knew who the boss was and they said me. If I needed it by a certain day I was the boss and they would meet my deadline.
